The Pan-African Circle of Artists (PACA) has gained international recognition for promoting art and culture in Africa.

PACA members are Overcoming Maps each year travelling across countries and meeting with their counterparts to exhibit works, discuss, eat together and visit places of artistic interests. These study tours have led to the formation of PACA councils in different countries.
